No. If you are on the monthly plan, your credits renew every 30 days based on when you subscribed. On the annual plans, the credits renew annually, based on when you subscribed.

There are no credit rollovers and any unused credits expire.

Is there a contract or long-term commitment?

No. Monthly plans can be canceled anytime; annual plans renew automatically but also offer cancellation at any time with no pushy sales tactics or forced upgrades.

Our data is hosted and processed on Amazon Web Services (AWS), which maintains SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, and other major security certifications. While we have not undergone a separate SOC audit ourselves, we fully leverage the compliance and security framework of our hosting provider to ensure data protection and integrity.
