​​The privacy policy explains the what, how, and why of the information we collect during your use of IntelLeads / Relevate. We’ll only ever access your account to help you with a problem or squash a software bug. We’ll never change or delete your files unless you ask us to. We certainly never share or sell your email addresses, templates or images.

Identity & Access

When you sign up for IntelLeads / Relevate, we ask for your name, site name, and email address. That's just so you can personalize your new account, and we can send you updates, or other essential information. We’ll never sell your personal info to third parties, and we won’t use your name or company in marketing statements without your permission, either.

 

When you write to us with a question or to ask for help, we'll keep that correspondence, and the email address, for future reference. We also store any information you volunteer, like surveys or suggestions, for as long as it makes sense.

The only times we’ll ever share your info:

• To provide products or services you request.

• To investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of IntelLeads / Relevate Terms of Service, or as otherwise required by law.

• If IntelLeads / Relevate is acquired by or merged with another company. We’ll notify you before any info about you is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

 

Law Enforcement

IntelLeads / Relevate won’t hand your data over to law enforcement unless a court order says we have to or we are otherwise so required by applicable law.

Encryption

All data is encrypted when transmitted from our servers to your browser. Data isn’t encrypted while it's live in our database since it needs to be ready to send to you when you need it.

Deleted Data

When you cancel your account, we generally preserve the data for 30 days and then delete it permanently. Anything you delete on your account while it's active will also be removed within 30 days.

Use of Google Workspace APIs

Our application does not use any data obtained through Google Workspace APIs for the development, improvement, or training of generalized AI or machine learning models.

Data Access via Google Workspace APIs

Our application accesses certain Google user data through the Gmail API for its core functionality:

• User Email Address: To identify and authenticate users.

• Email Messages: To manage and organize user emails, automate responses, and facilitate email-related services.

• Email Metadata: To process message details such as subject lines, timestamps, and sender/recipient information.

Limited Use Disclosure for Google Workspace APIs

Our application strictly adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We confirm that:

• We only use Google user data to provide or improve user-facing features that are prominent and directly visible within our application.

• We do not use Google user data for advertising purposes.

• We do not transfer or sell Google user data to third parties.

Use of Google User Data

We use the accessed data for the following purposes:

• Authentication: Using the user's email address to log in and personalize the app experience.

• Email Management: Reading and managing user emails for core features like sending and organizing emails.

• Sending Emails: With user consent, we send emails on their behalf.

• Data Retention: User data is only retained for as long as necessary to provide the app's services and is securely deleted afterward.

• Compliance: We fully comply with Google’s Limited Use policy, ensuring data is only used for the app's core functionality.

Your Personal Information

Your contact’s information: When you add an email distribution list or create a contact in IntelLeads / Relevate, we have access to the data on your list and the information associated with your contact. We do not sell your contact’s information. Unless we suspect you are in violation of our Terms of Service or are violating applicable law, we will not email or contact your list or access or share your list. If we receive complaints from a contact about your communication with them, we may connect with them to guarantee you are complying with our Terms of Service.

Information from your use of IntelLeads / Relevate: We may obtain and use information about how and when you use IntelLeads / Relevate. This information may include your IP address, the time of day you visit IntelLeads / Relevate, your browser and actions taken by you within the application.

To bill and collect monies owed: We may send you emails and notices of delinquency and alert you via a phone call if we need different credit card information. We use third parties for secure credit card processing, and we send your billing information to those third parties to process your orders and credit card payments.

Changes & Questions

IntelLeads / Relevate may update this policy — we’ll notify you about significant changes by emailing the account owner or by placing a prominent notice on our site. You can access, change or delete your personal information at any time by contacting us.
